Best parts cleaner & gasket prep

First, I've never seen a 20oz can of 3M 08901 and if you look carefully you'll see the can in the image is only a 14oz. With 35 years experiance I can say without a doubt: If you're using threadlocking compounds, RTV or anaerobic gasket makers, then this is the product you want to use first because it truly removes all oil from the surfaces without leaving any residue behind. Just spray the surfaces, let it quickly air dry and you're good to go! I've tried dozens of aerosol products that claim to be parts cleaners, but I've never used another product that is 1/2 as good as 3M 08901 for preping gasket sufaces.
